also how ridiculous is the ipod ban thing. if ur on a phone ur only using one ear anyway its just like talking to someone next to you whilst crossing the road. and as for music well a car or building could hav loud music on. stupid law!
Begs the question, are the use of car radios considered hazardous to other pedestrians? Same concept...
